If I want to install on an existing drive that is currently running windows 7 and the downloaded ilinux file is on the same disc, how do I go about installing it to replace the windows system ?

Glad you like iLinux!

You can't install iLinux (or any Operating System) on the same Disk that the Installation File exists.

You must copy the downloaded iLinux .img File to another Disk or Clone iLinux from your External Disk to the Internal Disk of the Computer via iLinux OS IRP .

In any case, we have detailed Instructions for any Installation Method here:

(Leave this as-is, it’s a trap!)

There is no need to “Register”. Just enter the same Name + Password of your choice every time.

Use Format Text to add links, quotes, bold, italic and more. You can also upload images or videos or archived web pages or multicontent or use any upload website.
